- Meet students (often from classes 10-12), recent graduates, or young professionals to understand their interests, aptitudes, strengths, and preferences.
- Use tools like aptitude tests, psychometric tests, personality assessments to help clients understand themselves.
- Provide information about different courses, colleges, universities (both local & outside Bihar), vocational training, online programs etc.
- Guide on subject choices, future career options (degree, job roles, skills required), and career pathways.
- Help clients build essential career-skills: resume writing, interview preparation, soft skills (communication, teamwork etc.).
- Conduct workshops / seminars in schools and colleges (on careers, job market trends, higher education, etc.).
- Stay updated with latest job market trends (both in India and global, especially if clients want to go abroad), skill demands, new courses.
- Sometimes help with internships or placements: connecting students with companies, agencies, etc.
- Liaise with parents, teachers to help align expectations and career planning.
